FEBRUARY 22-24, 2019
• WHAT IS A KLONDIKE DERBY?
It is a Winter Camping and Outdoor Skills Competition. Each patrol/team must build and bring a Klondike sled. Patrols/teams will load their sled with a minimum of the supplies required, (list will be distributed later), and pull them through the competition course. Patrols/teams will receive nuggets for their score at each station. The patrol/team with the most nuggets will win the overall derby. There will be a Friday evening cracker barrel and on Saturday evening awards will be presented for event and overall derby performance.

As of now, it is expected that everyone at the Derby will be able to be housed in the Adirondacks at Camp Parsons. Having said that, please consider bringing tents to house your Units. We don’t think anyone will need to use their tents, but it is better to Be Prepared than not.
Registration for the Sinclair District Camporee is now open!
