  • Donate Blood: The Coronavirus has put a strain on local blood supplies. Scouts 16 and older are encouraged to consider donating. Visit Bloodwork’s site to view information, and to sign-up for an appointment. Bloodworks has taken steps to enforce social distancing.

  • Donate Food or Volunteer: Donate food at one of NW Harvest’s many drop-off locations, or volunteer at their Kent warehouse. Have an alternate food bank you’d like to support? We encourage you to check in with them to see how you can help.

  • We need your stories: Scout have always stepped up during times of crisis. Many of our Scouts and leaders have found ways to serve our community. Scouts don't serve for recognition, so we don't always hear about it. But members of our community are looking for encouraging stories. Please let us know how your group is helping. Email Koby McInnis at kmcinnis@seattlebsa.org

Always follow the advice of health authorities and adhere to social distancing guidelines when volunteering.
