This training is for CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation). It is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple the chances of survival after cardiac arrest.
It also includes AED (Automated External Defibrillators) which can greatly increase a cardiac arrest victim’s chances of survival.
Please wear comfortable clothing ready for practical demonstration.
