OA – Inductions Weekend – Camp Pigott

Inductions in the Order of the Arrow are at the heart of our Brotherhood. The Induction adventure begins with the election of a Scout by the members of their unit, continues with the Ordeal, and ends when an Arrowman becomes a Brotherhood member. The experiences and ceremonies that accompany the Induction process are grounded in the purpose and mission of the Order of the Arrow. They are designed to support and enhance the mission of the Boy Scouts of America.

There are 3 Induction weekends each year. You have 24 months from the date of your election to partake in your Ordeal before your candidate status lapses and you must be elected again.
