Saturday from 10 AM – 4 PM Unit to present their 18-Month Planning Calendars. Discuss and enable the Territory and District Planning calendars to be formalized.
Purpose: Verify the remainder of the Annual Territory Calendar year.
Discuss and table events and activities for adoption.
Developing committee member and unit member sponsorship needs to support.

Meals: Pot Luck and Cheeseburgers, chips, fruit salad, vegetables, and juice. Dietary restrictions are on the individual with the needs.
