Seattle Mariners Scout Luncheon 2025

Thank you for supporting the Chief Seattle Council’s Mariners Scout Luncheon event. We appreciate the Scout alumni, donors, and Scout parents who attend this year. This event provides an opportunity to support Scouting’s mission of providing character and leadership development programs for youth.

Donations support over 10,000 boys and girls in counties across Washington state including nearly 1000 underserved youth in Scouting programs.

Our 2025 recipient is Bob Donegan. During his 26-year tenure as president of Ivar’s, Bob Donegan has built this restaurant chain into one of the region’s most recognized and successful brands.  In fact, the iconic Ivars Acres of Clams, located on the Seattle waterfront, has just celebrated its 86thth birthday. The company employs over 1,000 year-round employees and sales exceed $80 million annually. Bob’s civic work has included serving as chair of the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board Officer of the Chief Seattle Council, and a lead role on the design committee for Seattle’s waterfront renewal which he has helped to shepherd for the past 11 years.  He has served on a variety of other civic and business boards and played a key role in helping to make Seattle a city worth living and working in.  Join us as we honor this fantastic community leader.
