Leaders Training Weekend
Every Scout deserves a well trained leader. Every leader deserves quality training.
Training for new leaders facilitates learning the intricacies of their roles while fostering an exchange of ideas with seasoned leaders. Each Scout merits competent, educated leaders committed to delivering the program at its finest. Equipped with training, leaders guarantee the fulfillment of Scouting objectives. It’s imperative for all Scout leaders to undergo training to grasp the essence and objectives of the Scouting program, enhance their collaboration with Scouts and fellow leaders, acquire Scouting expertise, and master the art of devising effective Scouting programs. Many of our courses are also suitable for registered unit parents and helpers.
Leaders will find many different training opportunities throughout Chief Seattle Council all through the year. See below for some upcoming opportunities.
