Wilderness First Aid WFA – April 30 – May 1 2022
REGISTER NOW FOR ALPINE DISTRICT WILDERNESS FIRST AID TRAINING.
This is the training required for BSA high-adventure bases and is HIGHLY recommended for any Scout activity more than an hour from 911.
For certification, you must attend all 16 hours of instruction, and have prior CPR training.
What to bring:
- Hot drinks and snacks will be provided, but participants should bring their own lunches.
- Mock injury scenarios: Participants are encouraged to bring backpacks, water bottles, first aid supplies, tarps, ground padding, and clothing for inclement weather.
Date: April 30th - May 1st 2022
Time: Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm and Sunday 8:30am-4:30pm
Where: Snoqualmie Valley Youth Activity Center, North Bend, WA
Cost: New Certificate - $50. Renewal $30.
Who: Adults and Scouts (14 and older), Registration limited to 50 participants.
